Deleting your data

Effective October 20, 2026

GSD Consultants, LLC runs a service that publishes images you upload to the accounts you connect (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn) on a schedule. This page explains what we store and how to have it deleted.

What we store

• Your portal login: email address and a hashed password.
• The access tokens Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn issue when you connect an account, stored encrypted, plus the IDs and names of the accounts and Pages you connected.
• While Meta's review of our app is pending, the link to your personal Facebook profile you gave us so we could add you as a tester.
• The images and captions you upload, and your posting settings.
• A log of posts we published for you, with dates and the post IDs Meta returns.
• Billing records: your name, email, invoices and payments, the record of your agreement to the Terms and the automatic renewal terms, and copies of the account emails we sent you.

How to request deletion

1. Email seansmith.gsd@gmail.com from the address you use to log in to the portal, with the subject "Data deletion request".
2. We confirm the request by replying to that address.
3. Within 30 days we delete your login, your stored tokens, your uploaded images and captions, your settings and your post log, then email you when it's done.

Deleting your data ends the service. Posts already published to Instagram or Facebook stay on those accounts; remove them there if you want them gone.

Removing our access yourself

You can cut off our access to any platform at any time without contacting us. Our stored tokens for that platform stop working immediately. Email us as above if you also want the stored data deleted.

• Facebook and Instagram: on Facebook, go to Settings & privacy, then Settings, then Business integrations, and remove "ANGM by GSD Consultants, LLC".
• TikTok: in the TikTok app, go to Profile, then the menu, then Settings and privacy, then Security & permissions, then Apps and services, and remove "ANGM by GSD Consultants, LLC".
• LinkedIn: go to Settings & Privacy, then Data privacy, then Permitted services, and remove "ANGM by GSD Consultants, LLC" and "ANGM by GSD Consultants, LLC - Pages".

You can also disconnect TikTok and LinkedIn from inside the portal on each tool's settings page.

What we keep

Invoices, payment records, the record of your agreement to the Terms and the automatic renewal terms, and copies of the account emails we sent you are kept as long as tax, accounting and consumer protection law requires (at least 3 years, or 1 year after your plan ends, whichever is longer), then deleted. Nothing else is kept after deletion.
