Terms of service

Effective October 20, 2026

These terms cover the social media publishing service provided by GSD Consultants, LLC ("we", "us"). By creating a portal account or paying for the service, you agree to them.

The service

You upload images and captions to our portal and connect the accounts you choose: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn. Each one is a separate tool. We publish your content to the accounts you connect, on the schedule you set.

The service depends on Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn and their platforms and APIs, which we do not control. If any of them changes, limits or suspends access, posts to that platform may be delayed or stop.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to create an account or use the service. The service is for businesses and professionals and is not directed at anyone under 18.

Your account

• Keep your portal login private. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must have authority to connect every account you connect. For a Facebook Page or a LinkedIn company Page, that means you are an admin of it.
• Follow the steps on our Do this first page to connect your accounts.

Your content

• You own the images and captions you upload, and you must have the rights to publish them.
• You give us permission to store, resize and pad your images and to publish them to your connected accounts, only to provide the service.
• Your content must follow the terms and community rules of each platform you post to, and applicable law. We may refuse or remove content that doesn't.
• You are responsible for what is published from your content.

Copyright complaints (DMCA)

If you believe content stored or published through our service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent with: your physical or electronic signature; the copyrighted work you claim is infringed; the material you claim is infringing and where it appears; your name, address, phone number and email; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.

We remove or disable access to material that is the subject of a valid notice. If your content was removed and you believe it was removed by mistake, you may send us a counter-notice as described in 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). We end the accounts of repeat infringers.

Plans and fees

• Each tool (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or LinkedIn) is $10 a month. All 4 tools together are $25 a month. Prices are plus applicable sales tax.
• Yearly plan: billed for the first year ($120 per tool, or $300 for all 4), then billed monthly thereafter at the same monthly rate. The yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial. Your first-year invoice is sent when the trial ends.
• Monthly plan: billed one month at a time. There is no free trial. Your first month is invoiced at signup.
• The 7-day free trial is for yearly plans only. Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing.
• Setup fee: there is no setup fee when you set up your own accounts. A one-time $100 setup fee applies when a GSD salesperson sets up a monthly plan in person; it is on your first invoice. If you sign up on your own and later ask us for setup help, the $100 setup fee is invoiced then and is due immediately.
• Adding or removing a tool changes your next invoice. The current period isn't re-billed.
• Invoices are sent and paid through QuickBooks.

Automatic renewal

Your plan renews automatically until you cancel. After the first year of a yearly plan, and on every monthly plan, it renews each month at the monthly rate for the tools you have.

Before you subscribe, and before you add a tool, we ask you to agree to these renewal terms separately from the rest of these terms, and we keep a record of that agreement. After you sign up, we email you a copy of the renewal terms and how to cancel.

We also email you: a reminder once a year while your plan is active; a notice 15 to 45 days before the first year of a yearly plan ends; a notice before a free period longer than 31 days ends; and a notice 7 to 30 days before any price change takes effect. Each one says what you will be charged, how often, and how to cancel.

You can cancel online at any time on the Plan page in the portal.

Late payment

If a payment is more than 72 hours late, publishing is paused until the account is paid, then resumes.

Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel at any time on the Plan page in the portal. If you cancel during the free trial, you pay nothing. If you cancel a paid period, publishing continues through the end of the period you paid for and nothing more is billed. Fees already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires it.

We may suspend or end the service if you break these terms or don't pay. To have your data deleted, see Data deletion.

No warranty

The service is provided as is. We don't guarantee that every post will publish on time, or at all, or that it will produce any business result.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and email active clients about material changes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas.
