Do this first

Updated October 16, 2026

Follow the steps for each tool you signed up for, in order. Your portal's Do this first checklist ticks off each step as it's done. Do the steps for the tools you picked; skip the rest.

Facebook & Instagram

One rule for every step: use one personal Facebook profile the whole way through, and that profile must have Full control of your business's Facebook Page.

Not the Page itself. Not someone else's profile. Most connection problems come from switching profiles partway.

  1. Check you're an admin of the Page. On Facebook, log in as your personal profile. Switch to your business Page, then go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Page access. Right if: your name is listed with Full control. If it isn't, ask whoever has Full control to add you with Full control before you go on.
  2. Make Instagram a professional account. In Instagram, tap ☰ → Account type and tools → Switch to professional account and choose Business. Right if: your account type shows Business or Creator.
  3. Create a Meta developer account. WHILE META REVIEW IS PENDING
Logged in as the same personal profile, go to developers.facebook.com, click Get Started, then Register. Follow the prompts. Right if: you land on developers.facebook.com/apps.
  4. Send us your profile link. WHILE META REVIEW IS PENDING
On Facebook, open your personal profile, tap ⋯ → Copy profile link. Paste it in the portal on your Do this first checklist and click Done, add me as a tester. Right if: the checklist says we're adding you.
  5. Accept the tester invite. WHILE META REVIEW IS PENDING
When your checklist says you've been added, open a private or incognito browser window, log into Facebook as the same profile, go to developers.facebook.com, click the 🔔 bell, and accept the invite. Then click I accepted on your checklist. Right if: the invite shows as accepted.
  6. Connect. In the portal, on Home, click Connect Facebook & Instagram and finish the Facebook prompts as the same profile. Choose your Page and your Instagram account when asked. Right if: Home shows your @instagram name and your Page name.
  7. Turn on Facebook posting. In Settings, check Also post each image to my Facebook Page. Leave it off if Instagram already shares your posts to Facebook, or they'll appear twice.

TikTok

  1. Use the account you'll post to. Log into TikTok as your business's account, not a personal one. Right if: the profile name is your business.
  2. Connect. In the portal, on Home, click Connect TikTok and log in as that same account. Right if: Home shows your @handle.
  3. Choose your posting options. On the TikTok settings page, choose who can see your posts and your comment settings. TikTok requires you to make these choices yourself. Turn on Post to TikTok and save.

LinkedIn

  1. Check you're an admin of the company Page (skip if you're posting to your own profile). On LinkedIn, click Me, open your company Page under Manage, then Settings → Manage admins. Right if: you're listed as Super admin or Content admin. If not, ask a Super admin to add you first.
  2. Connect. In the portal, on Home, click Connect LinkedIn, choose profile or company Page, and log in as the same person. Right if: Home shows your profile or Page name.
  3. Turn on posting. Check Post my images to LinkedIn on my schedule and click Save LinkedIn settings.

Prove it works

  1. Upload your images on the Images page. They're sized for Instagram automatically.
  2. Set your schedule and captions in Settings: up to three post times, your time zone, and one caption for every post or one per image.
  3. Post one now. On the Images page, click Post this now on one image. Right if: the Recent posts log on Home lists every tool you connected.

Stuck?

Go back to step 1 of the tool that isn't working; it's almost always the admin step. Still stuck: call 501-278-7782. If you'd like us to set it up for you, that's a one-time $100 setup fee, due when you ask.
